I can still hear several people
running pretty fast.
But when I turn suddenly around,
this is not anywhere near
an accurate interpretation
of a rain dance.
Off-roading
The avenue
has trees
and cars
flowers on
austere verges
dog walkers
copious collars
emotives
panhandled
doormen don
long coats
shoulders all
a epaulette
fancy flexible
gold scales
nomenclatures
I trust.
